Conventional Railsounds Reset Procedure

Hi,

One of my engines is a Lionel, Santa Fe, GP38, 6-28848, a conventional engine with Railsounds. It used to have flange squeal and brake squeal, but doesn't do it anymore. That happened once before around 10 years ago and I called Lionel and the person on the phone gave me a reset sequence which worked. I called them recently to get the sequence again but nobody knew anything about it. I have the reset code sheet for my TMCC and Legacy engines but would like to try to reset the one conventional Railsounds engine that I have. Has anyone heard of resetting conventional Railsounds locomotives?
