It was in Run 313, the August/September issue of O Gauge Railroading.
It is the Collector's Gallery article starting on page 59. Roberta Cencer, our Collector's Gallery photographer, did a
great job on some very shiny trains. The text by Yours Truly wasn't bad either. 
We learned some interesting thing about the set which we happily shared with our fellow hobbyists!

I can attest to the fact that the tail car is the elusive piece as described in the article, it took me two years to chase one down, and it wasn't cheap. However, the whole set with an extra beer car and tail car is truly impressive when it rolls up and all the door pop open with the smoke and lights.
