milwrd, I have the one drodder referenced and it works fine. I found I had to dress the crimps some for my application. Each connector will require two crimps--one for the conductor and one for the insulation.
If you are going to be doing a lot of connectors, consider an articulated crimp tool. The Philmore WS26 operates like a pair of scissors, hence the need to dress the crimps. An articulated crimp tool requires much less "dressing" of the connector, but that was using pins and sockets that were first inserted into a multi-wire male and female connectors causing tighter tolerances. If all you need is to attach the connector to the wire without inserting the connector into anything, the WS26 will be fine. I bought my articulated crimp tool from Sonic Electronics on the web for $25 IIRC.
