Here is something that is new to me a CSX sd70mac followed by two FEC sd40-2's switching on the old ACL in Ocala Fl. In the 28 years of me living here this was the first time I've seen this so I decided it was pic worthy. This is the only pic I got of it because I was late for work and its off my cell phone so its kinda crummy but its a pic never the less.

Yes. CSX is leasing ALL of the FEC's SD40-2 engines. They also leased the SD70M's, except road numbers 100, 101, 102, and 103. These 4 engines "belong" to Rail America-- I think the FEC believes they don't, so there is some legal maneuvering being done. The FEC is using it's 24 ES44C4's as mainline power, with the remaining  GP40-2's and -3's and the few surviving GP38's as local power. The GP's do sometimes run with the big boys if extra power is needed for the daily hot shot intermodal trains.
