The Culvert Loader State Bank is a 1920s neoclassical bank building.  It got the name because it was across the tracks from the culvert loader on the old layout.  Like many banks, the name changed to "Bank of Ethel" but the original name remained on the pediment.  The building was inspired by the Plasticville bank, but narrower and neoclassical instead of Art Deco.  I've detailed the roof and some of the interior.DSC_1017DSC_0019DSC_0029DSC_0021DSC_0020
