Thanks for posting. For awhile I was beginning to think that S had disappeared. I left my old club North Penn S Gaugers along with 2 founding members under a new leadership board.
Francine. You are very welcome. Our beloved S is certainly challenged, but there are I believe over 1,000 of us or so, and at our Club which has G, O, HO, N we believe it has an important place, and as others have said, is the perfect size. At our Open Houses children and the young at heart very much enjoy running trains and the many accessories, and it is a joy watching them. Mike

I have been in most gauges, but settled on S - the "Goldie Locks Scale". It's not too big, not too small and the 2 rail system is great as well.
Every complaint I've heard about S is that you can't get what you want, which is true. However what you can get is great.
