Dorcie, what is the bridge based on? Does it have a real world counterpart, and if it does, what would be the build date on that? I know that may be a bit of a hard question, just wondering(I'm guessing late 1930's-mid 1940's). Looks great by the way.

Build date is in the first photo: 1930.

Our B56 Bridge is based on an existing 1930's concrete underpass bridge that we used every day driving to our old studio in Dallas before moving to our McGowan Street Studio in 2012. It is still there and trains are stilling running using it

Now that is awesome. It is interesting to me and the reason why I asked was because of Model Railroader. Ages ago my Uncle gave me two old Model Railroader I wanna say printed back in the mid 50's or early 60's. In one of them was the UP's 844 going over an underpass much like the one you have. The thing I always enjoyed about that picture was the engine going over it with the cars heading underneath, two people walking and some brush. Was just a very good depiction of what someone probably saw.
