Just set up a DCS system that I purchased used. everything works fine but response time between when I move the thumbwheel and when the loco actually moves is very slow. I found the accelerate and decelerate options and moved it everywhere between 0 and 25 and nothing seems to make a difference. my TMCC has almost immediate response to the controls.  any ideas or is this just the way the system works or am I missing something?  thanks    Rick
