DCS engine on-off

I have 2 engines that are on (engine sounds) as soon as voltage is applied from the transformer. They are not fully responsive to commands until I run a shut down, start up cycle. Is there a setting change that I can make to remedy this? Thanks, Paul

Sounds like your missing the watchdog signal, that is sent out every time power is turned on. You can try to park your engines closer to where the wires are attached to track, wheels and track clean. Are you turning your transformer throttle up quickly to 18 volts or better?

Hopefully the experts will chime in to help you
