In an attempt to "fix" issues related to DCS operation in our modular club's yard, I ended up putting four Susan Deets filters in parallel. The notion if one is good, more is better doesn't hold up on this application.

I inadvertently introduced Conductance into the problem. Big oops on my part.
A coworker (correctly) pointed out that what I ended up with from my ill conceived exercise was 0.4 uf / 55.25 ohms. Is that enough to flash the lights on a Z4000? I dunno, but that's the best explanation I have at this point.
Just for giggles, I am going to go back and try one on the longest siding. Wish me luck.
