Planning on adding DCS to my current Legacy controlled layout and have a very basic question.  For track sections where I have two 180 watt power bricks in parallel for added power do I connect the two bricks together first and then run the combined output through one set of TIU ports, or do I run each brick through its own set of TIU ports and then connect the two TIU outputs in parallel to the track section, or can I run just one of the bricks through the TIU and connect the other brick directly to the track section?

Thanks.

You can hook up the TIU to feed a signal to the track without passing track power through it (i.e. no transformers hooked to the input side). You'll need a 12VDC wall-wart plugged into the side of the TIU to power it, though.
