I really like my Pennsylvania RR sign from Miller engineering, but I wish it had an option for no blinking or animation; I'd like have the entire sign illuminated all the time.
Has anyone modified their Miller sign so it just lights up without animation?

I thought that all the animated Miller signs had switches to select different animation sequences including no animation?

Each push of the push button on the circuit board cycles thru 30 or so different flash patterns. I believe that one of the patterns is an All On function.

Is your sign full size or just a window sign? Full size signs have a button to
change the flash pattern so just push the button until you get the all on pattern if
there is one. The window signs may have a switch to select one of 2 flash patterns.
The end wire in the flat cable has a color tracer and supplies 100vac to the sign. There are a number of triacs that turn on to light different parts of the sigh. Short around the
triacs to keep all parts of the sign on all the time.
I've cycled through the blinking options many times. The one that is closest blinks the entire sign on and off. That's OK, but not what I really want.
I found 2 patterns that turned on all 5 elements of my Union Station Travel by Train sign. Which patterns work depends on the number of elements. I agree with others that the nice folks at Miller Engineering should be able to help.

The display patterns are controlled by a ROM that plugs into a socket. If
the UP station has what you want, contact Miller and see if they will sell
that ROM.
Most of the signs display 5 segments so they are all interchangeable.
