I am building the Trainworx stock pen/corral kit and need some detail pieces to finish it off.  Does anyone know where I might find an O scale cow skull?  Any suggestions as to what to use for appropriate size rope? I thought about using brown sewing thread but it's too shiny.  And while I'm at it I need to increase my herd; does anyone sale cows in large price effective quantities?  Six cows for $12 to $16 plus shipping seems a bit much to me.  Does anyone have any O scale cows they want to sell?

There's usually a ship modelers aisle at the LHS - good source for lots of stuff that model RR'ers seem to not be aware of....

Cows -  maybe you could get one of the starter sets for resin casting, make a few molds, and cast what you need for your own use?

Cows?  You want cows.  Bachman, Model Power, and Woodland scenic all make cows!

For a sampling of what available, go to Klein (www.modeltrainstuff.com), select O guage, then the figures subcategory in it.  On the first page (I'm looking at it now) there are at least five sets of cows in various colors and patterns.  I have some of the B&W ones.  I think the Woodland Scenics ones are a bit more detailed than Bachman, but really - a cow is a cow.

Just how do you guys find this stuff anyway?

I want to know what kind of person has the time to create these  .   His (I assume) other videos are just as strange.  Then again, I guess he would say the same about our train addiction!
