Looking on the archives for Atlas, I came across the Atlas O Dash 8s again and I remember that they cancelled the 2015 run of the models. But looking back a bit they also offered the Phase V paint scheme in 2008.
So I'm curious if the Amtrak Dash 8 Phase V from the 2008 run ever made it onto shelves, since it doesn't say that run was cancelled. But I have not seen a single one listed on eBay or even seen a real life picture of it.
