Did Lionel ever produce all the Monopoly Cars?

I have the 8 cars that were released by a third party, they were manufactured quite a few years before Lionel cataloged the series. Are the first 8 uncataloged cars considered part of the Monopoly series.

I don't know anything about this, but I would like to see some old-timey steam engines with the Monopoly logos and road names made for O gauge.

Lionel Monopoly

Three of the newly tooled Hudsons (around 1998-1999 time frame) were offered by the Eastwood Company.  Also Eastwood company did a Monopoly starter set.
