Anyone familiar with the digital archive series that HSL(John Holtmann) did? I'm really interested in any feedback on the Lionel "Model Builder" magazine archive series. Also, does anybody have an extra copy that they would sell? In addition, maybe somewhere I might find a copy?

Allegheny23----Look in Google for a site called Train Life. They have put up years of Model Builder magazine as well as Railmodel Journal and others. Odd-d

Train Life's server had a major crash. A lot of the old magazine images were lost. They're piecing the site back together, but a lot is lost. Fortunately I had managed to save several Frank Elison construction articles and some O scale content before the crash for research and potential modeling. I might have something you're looking for.
In his 1946 article, Ellison described this building as an “old brownstone residence built perhaps 75 years ago It was in the Model Builder Nov. 1946 I need a copy of the Planes Waynegilbert633@gmail.com
I joined the Lionel Collector’s Club of America (LCCA) which has the Model Builder archive online 24/7. In addition, they have the Model Builder predecessor, The Lionel Magazine, online along with all Lionel catalogs through 1995 plus more! All for $25 per year (digital membership) plus a one-time $10 registration fee.
I am very, very pleased!
