This would be very handy to know; just wondering?
I should clarify here that I am referring to the tether running between PS2 diesels, such as an F3 AA pair. I am sure it is different than the assignments used for PS2 steamers.

I printed out the diagrams for steam from the PS2 upgrade instruction manual. The document may still be available online.
