Looks like a GP40-2H used by the Shore Line East of ConnDoT. They are using the mid-50's paint scheme on a later engine.
Do you know exactly what type of engine that it is?
I would have to guess that you'll need a custom paint job on the GP-40 engine of your scale and features choice.
It's a BL20GH. I googled it and found some information. It seems some people think it's ugly. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beer holder!

Almost a reversed post-McGinnis trustee paint scheme, but not anything the old New Haven wore.

I don't have an answer but I'm in if someone does. I've seen this on the tracks and I really like the paint job!
