These were issued in 2015 which I gather could be the first run of these cars? Seems I remember reading here on the Forum back then that several lines had problems (mostly the UP).

Sam - those are Lionel baggage cars.
I have several Lionel 21" cars in Amtrak and ATSF. I am generally pleased with them.
The prr Broadway limited cars and conrail ocs cars had issues with windows falling in.

They also had an issue where the tape for the windows extended between the shells and the frame making it difficult to get the shells off. Don't ask me how I know.
Hello Sam. In full disclosure, I don’t own any of the 21” cars. But, I do remember a lot of chatter about problems with the early releases. If memory serves me correctly, forum member John Rowlen documented the problems in the threads relating to his custom work with populating the cars. You might dig those old threads out and cross reference item numbers.
