Hello all
Very fortunate to find an early Lobaugh Challenger...open gearing 1938-9.
Unfortunately found sans tender ...so Bob Turner was very kind to provide one to get the engine back on the rails .
Original price in 1939 ..RTR $ 225.00

Bob Turner is one of the most generous and helpful persons that I know in the hobby. I really miss his postings. Looks like he found you a really nice tender.

Nice slow low end response, very impressive for an articulated.
That thing is awesome! I didn't know engines like that were produced in 1939. Must of been a tiny market back then. Pretty wild price too!!
