is anyone aware of a company that will install emergency lights into a 1:43 diecast Police car model I recently purchased?

I'm not sure who would do the installation, but check out Evan Designs LED website. They have simple LED sets, including a variety of emergency vehicle kits, that can be battery powered and aren't difficult to install. You just need to do a little drilling. I believe they have some YouTube videos to help.
I don't know if he would consider doing your lighting (and I hate to volunteer anyone for something like this), but forum member PUFFRBELLY has done some really nice lighting projects with 1:43 vehicles. He might not want to take on any side projects, but I bet he would be able to help and offer some advice if you considered doing it yourself. He has inspired me with the desire to try doing this myself as well. If mine turned out half as well as his did I would be very happy!
I believe he also uses the lighting products from Evan Designs. Here is just one of his projects, CORGI E-ONE PUMPER With Custom LED Lighting. There are other threads he has posted here with more of his work. Some may give more details as to how he did the project. He does a great job, really nice work!
Thanks for the info, I sent him a private message
There is a table at YORK which specializes in this. (sorry, I lost the card) I am hoping to pick up a school bus that is winking and blinking in October.
Jack Pierce is the guy that goes nuts with the lights in everything, he has the most colorful table in the hall.
Thanks to all who responded

Check out this site. The guy does spectacular stuff with all kinds of vehicle lights.
Bill Lowe is top notch. He has done several vehicles for me. Right now he is dealing with prostate cancer, so I don't know if he is taking on any new projects.

Jack Pearce has done over 25 Vehicles for me over the years! Including a Helicopter, Ambulances, Police Cars, Sheriff Cars, Trucks, etc. They don't come any better. The one Corgi Fire Engine has over 20 Lights on it including the Control Panel !
