I am installing two remote 036 switch on my layout; replacing manual ones. They are both powered by a dedicated power source and hooked up to SPDT momentary toggle switches. While the first one worked from the get go flawlessly, the second one is causing trouble.
I have it where the turnout receives power and reacts to the toggle; however it only throws the switch only in one direction. I opened up the bottom plate to check for any loose screws or cables, but found nothing that stands out. The micro-switches are both contacting when the triangle moves.
No matter whether I throw my toggle up or down, it would only switch to one direction and then does not react any further. I manually move it to either neutral or other direction state and get it to switch (in the same direction) one time again.
Any thoughts? Any troubleshooting suggestions?
