find/install tinplate couplers?

So just a thought. Does anyone know if mth automatic tinplate couplers are available as separate sale parts? And even more so has anyone looked into swapping these onto other mth locomotives? I love my tinplate loco's, but It would be nice to use other equipment to push and pull some of my tinplate rolling stock.

btw I was totally unsure what forum to put this topic into. Some times my project ideas result in the lines getting blurry!
