Very nice Alex....!  I see one of your gas stations next to the harbor front building too..  As you know, I am building a harbor scene so I would like to talk to you about having one of your creations on my layout.  Do you still have my phone number??...let me know...

Good evening all, I have some updated photo's of the Bait shop waterfront building.

Pretty much done just weathered signs and a few touch ups to finish. Also still need to weather the lights

Alex, It looks great and I really like the weathering on the metal roof. I cannot seem to get that effect. The faded signs add to the "seaside" look as well.

Thanks Malcolm, the roof is just printed paper, and then I rub walnut stain on it.

Dip a paper towel in the stain and let it sit for a minute, then rub stain on to roof.

When rubbing push hard and soft to get this effect.

I received one of these Harbor Front buildings from Alex today and his work is top notch.  I have purchased several scratch built structures from Alex and his work keeps getting better.  Here are a few shots of it in place on my layout.  The waterfront is the 1st area I plan to finish my scenery on.

It looks very realistic to me.

Reminds me of a backbay inlet in southern New Jersey.
