Flyer HO gauge Hudson

Dont know if its appropriate to ask about Flyer HO on this forum but here goes. I have both S and HO gauge Flyer Hudsons and wonder why the HO version doesnt have the feedwater heater thats supposed to be on the smokebox above the headlight. Its one of the most distinctive appliances on the NYC Hudson and pretty much the first thing your eyes go to when looking at the front of the engine. thanks, bertiejoa
