When I log on I only get the [FORUMS] box underneath the sponsors links. When I scan across I get the rest of the information buttons but in a gray background.
Is this normal?

Maybe the vendor links take up too much space.
I just have the "Home" link - all other links are missing -

I have submitted a tech support ticket to Hoopla about the missing menu bar.
I noticed in the middle of a browsing session yesterday that the control icons (edit, report, multiquote, etc) changed position and appearance--instead of full-color icons they were replaced by grey-and-white outline icons, while the icons appearing in the toolbar at the top right of each post was moved to the lower right

That was part of the Hoopla upgrade.
The menu bar issue has been fixed.
