Have a Williams scale GG1 that needs a bit of touchup now on its stripes. Anyone find a close match to this shade/color that might work? The area is really small.
I'd try a gold Sharpie first......If it looks bad remove it with some alcohol. Then move to paint. Testors small bottle of gold and a 000 brush next. Test it on a scrap plastic and hold next to the model. My way anyway.....
PS I just bought a WbB GG-1 that needs a small spot touched up....so if you want to wait I'll try first!
Thanks, Dave! Great Idea! I did buy Testor's gold and it is not the right color. I was hoping to find a gold leaf paint/pen, but I haven't been able to do so yet.
