This is one of MTH's first GN engines that they brought out.
Besides the P-2 mountain, this is the only other engine with a radial stay firebox versus GN's usual belpaire fire box. Again, painted up in glacier park colors.
They did an extra amount of detail on this engine that isn't on the Z-6 and R-2, ie, bell/whistle lanyards and a lot of piping coming out of the front of the cab as seen in the pictures. There's also chains between the tender and trucks.
It's expected of articulated's to be able to pull 15 passenger cars but this northern can also handle it, and with no wheel slipping.
As with the other two MTH GN engines, this one has been very reliable.
