But there will indeed be a lawsuit because we have become a society that cannot accept personal responsibility for our own actions. The attitude in our society today seems to be, "If something bad happens to me, it has to be someone else's fault. Whoever that is, I'm gonna sue  'em!"

 

It's a sad commentary on the future of the country.

You only need watch late night cable TV programs crammed with "have you been [insert problem]? Just call this 800 number and we gaurantee you at least a millon dollars settlement for your [insert problem].   Its interesting the problem these sleezeball lawyers (mostly 98% of 'em) find to start frivilous lawsuits.  Someday the Supreme Court will say enough already (of course I will be 6 foot under but H*** will have frozen when this ruling happens)
