Nice job Chris. I'm sure I will go back and reference your vidoes when I get to that point.
Thanks,
Ralph
Chris, Awesome job on the switch! Really appreciate you taking the time to show how to hand lay a #8 switch . I hope you do another video on weathering the switch for comparison and running a cut of cars to your coal storage tracks!
Chris,
This is great! I wish you had done these BEFORE I laid my track.
Lookin' good.
Malcolm
Thanks so much guys. I enjoyed the process.
Ralph I am glad you liked them....Be sure to share pics when your ready.
Thanks Mike, I enjoyed doing them. I plan on doing some more videos down the road on weathering and such...I can't wait to get stuff running other than for testing purposes.
Hey Malcolm...how are you doing? I hope things are well. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.
Chris -
Piling-on, more sincere thanks for your hard work and diligence on making and sharing the outstanding videos. Please keep sharing your tips, techniques, and modeling efforts!
I admire your results. May I ask, what video camera do you use that can zoom in that close? (Not in any way intending to highjack this discussion thread off into left field.) Whatever you have, it does a great job.
Thank you Bob...you guys are welcome, it was a lot of fun to do. I am going to do more videos on other things in a bit...I got to lay some more track or I'll never get done....
The camera I am using is a Panasonic HDC-HS250, I have had it for a couple of years now and I love it. To tell the truth I was suprised at the zoom quality myself...which worked out well when I was trying to show the smaller parts.
Thanks again, I appreciate it.
