Has MTH's #50-240 TIU power supply wall wort been released yet?

A while back on this forum, a post mentioned MTH was about to release a wall wart intended to power a TIU through the AUX port. It was the MTH 50-240 Z-DC24 24-Watt Power Supply. The post further claimed Trainworld.com was taking preorders at $14.99 but a search at Trainworld.com did not show it and during a call to Trainworld's retail store a sales person told me there was no such item in their computer system. A search of MTH's website shows the item but the product locator lists no dealer having it. Has this item been released yet? A source for where it's available would be appreciated. Thanks.
