I'm looking for a 21"/85' Missouri Pacific lightweight passenger car to add to my PRR passenger consist as one of the East Coast to Texas through sleepers.  I have searched the forum and web and it does not look like any 85'/21" Missouri Pacific cars have been made in O gauge.  Before I start looking for other options, I thought I'd ask the forum if there were any made that I missed in my search (any manufacturer).

Note:  another option is to buy a GGD PRR 10 roomette/5 double sleeper and repaint it to match one of the Pennsy's joint service cars, but that is an expensive one.

No one has yet produced 21" MOPAC passenger equipment or I'd have a hundred by now.

I'm hoping Golden Gate will offer some in the near future as I've been chomping at the bit for these a long time. The MTH ABS 18" cars are fine but incorrect for the MOPAC.

Had K-line survived I'm confident MOPAC 21" cars would of been offered eventually.

Repainting is not an expensive option if you do it yourself.  Get a $100 K-Line car to practice on.  I laid in a supply of those with every intent to repaint - so far I haven't gotten to it.

All you need is an inexpensive airbrush, an air source, some good paint and masking tape, and a little patience.  Those stripes can be done with Pilot pens and a straight edge.  When doing yellow, be sure to use white first.  And when using pens, let everything dry for a week or so before attempting any striping.  As I understand it, La Belle will do decals for you.
