No way, it's hard enough to see the screws on "O" gauge products, especially when you drop one, I could be looking for an "HO" screw for a month and never find it.

As we get older we don't see as good so they're no way I'll ever go smaller. Plus I love the look of the size of "O" Gauge ever though mine are the smaller size since my trains have to be able to get around O-31 & 36 curves due to space limitations. No way I'm starting over again, with my knees this is the last layout I'm building. Just had my second left knee surgery in 3-1/2 years on Wednesday so I'm stalled out again from working  on the layout I had been building. It's "O" or nothing for me!

yes I have thought about. Last year i was contacted by a gentleman whose dad recently passed and left his son who had no interest in trains with a huge collection of very new O-Gauge trains MTH and Lionel. It is tough enough dealing with the loss of a parent and settling an estate but to divest of a huge collection almost seemed unfair. Well the collection is now disbursed.

This whole process left me with thoughts of sometime in the future (hopefully a long way off) to start paring down my collection as my children have no interest in trains.
