Help on Vision tank car Freight sounds

I have a set of Lionel Vision tank cars with freightsounds.Both cars were working well but recently I cannot seem to get the end car to prompt the legacy screen that would come with Legacy version 1.3 software icons.The icons I get are the ones prompted by 1.2 version software (page 12 manual). Both tankers are programmed in the handheld with differenct numbers but the same selections, 'Engine #/Freight/Legacy Mode/LegacyRailsounds '. When I address the one tanker the correct icons ( Page 14 manual)come up, which has more choice of selections.The rear tank car doesnt seem to want to come up with correct icons.No difference if running singel or within a built train.I am running Legacy 1.51 on both base and handheld and have not had any trouble since I upgraded a few weeks ago.Any help or ideas out there, as this is driving me ^%$#.Anyone had smae problem.No response from Lionel Customer Service, they are probably getting caught up?Appreciate.Al B

In the event anyone else has same problem,I feel kinds dumb not doing what Mikes

suggested .Mikes' immediate response,

"I would recommend clearing both ID numbers from the remote (ENG + ID Number + INFO + CLR + Yes) and re-enter the data in the engine menu screen , specific for each Freight car ID number to see if that doesn’t rectify the problem."

I've had customers bring in engine that they say doesn't run. Check them out and there is no problem found. Turns out it was the Legacy base. You could access all the sound, couplers, etc. but they just wouldn't move. Just reloading the modules didn't fix it, you have to do the clear as you mentioned Mike had you done.

I believe I've seen this 3 times now. Simple fix, but frustrating until you understand how to fix. The other option is to change to a new ID and reload.
