I have 19' X 7' layout operating 2 seperate loops with 7 sidings.I have the two loops isolateded electrically including switch overs.I want to operate Legacy and conventional, I believe running conventional on one loop only is necessary or best?

My LHS provided me the items needed to complete the task. I forget exactly how I was to install them. My list of items:

Three 180 bricks, two TMCC direct lockons, one TMCC TPC 400, Legacy 990 controller.

I was going to hook two bricks and one lockon to one (outside)loop that runs Legacy only. The TPC 400, one brick, & one Lockon to inside loop. Reading the wiring diagram for the TPC400 it shows option for two 180 bricks using cable set 6-14194 that I have.

The way I understand it is I can operate Legacy on both loops, when I want to operate conventional I move Legacy engine to a siding, power up the TPC400 via Legacy Controller and move conventional engine onto the loop.

Please help with identifying which loop should have two bricks hooked together? One lockon for two bricks? and one lockon for the other brick?

Thank you in advance for help on this matter.
