Just sent an email , because the normal way, or what use to be , has now changed to something, called Powered by Invaluable,

why in this world does everybody have to change, things,    I did send a message to Stout, but thought forum might be interested.

Do we assume one has to start the registration process again???  !!!!!

Yes, we made a change in our online bidding system effective this evening. We know folks don't like change, but this one was necessary in order to provide a better online experience. I could go into details but what it boils down to is a business decision to benefit our customers and to streamline some processes on our end.

 

As to the registration question, yes you will have to set up a new account. We tried to work out a way to move the old accounts, but it simply was not possible. We'll be in the office first thing on Monday morning for those of you who have questions, or I'll try and keep some tabs here. Once the dust settles I think everyone will be happier with the results.
