The roof sign "sells" it!  And the fire escape and corner entrance lead the eye right to it.  It's a very nice building in a small footprint.  Was there a prototype or is it a combination of buildings?

Thank you. The building was based in old Brooklyn buildings, when a corner building is necessary to finish a block.
