It's hard to tell from inside the Halls, but in the parking area I could see families, couples, solos and bus-load groups arriving together. I always travel with my Wife. How do you get to York?

Good friend came with me. My wife has reserved a spot in October.
good time so far and six hour drive home tomorrow afternoon.
As CEO of the railroad, my wife and I travel with our limousine driver (of course), our small army of personal assistants and my contracted " Locators" to scout out deals on trains and peripherals. The personal chef arrives later in the day.
It was too windy to hold the outdoor Estate Dinner on the fairgrounds (away from the RV rif-raf), so we settled for Ruby Tuesdays. (cough... Cough)
My immediate party included 5 others arriving in 2 cars, however the TMB train club had about 25 attendees showing up in various cars as well as a number of them on the Long Island buses
My wife and son came with me. We had a great time.
Party of One.
When I do go I travel alone. Lone wolf style. My wife used to come with me but she says she has better things to do lately.

We have about 20 guys and spouses from our Tuesday Night train group. Some guys arrive in one car and then go back in another because we all got there on Thursday morning but only half stay until Saturday.
My 13-year old daughter and myself. On thursday we left Edison, NJ at around 9:15am, got to the show around 12:15, left the show around 4:00pm, went to have lunch, and got back home at 8:00PM.
We walked thru each hall once.
One of these days I'd like to stay overnight and attend some of the seminars. Going just the one day I really don't have time to sit for any of them.
Party of one, I'm not a pleasant person in crowds

We are "Thursday Raiders" as well. We storm in from Annapolis, MD at Noon and make a tactical retreat at 6:30. Just enough time to hit every Hall once. I do feel that we are missing out on a lot by not having time for seminars a second run at a few of the Halls. I hope to stay overnight in the future.

There were three of us from RC3R this time.....
We come in our bus-sized RV with myself and my soul-mate, 4 large dogs (mixed breeds, all rescues) and our cat. We make quite a sight, I would guess: Party of 2+5!

Two (2) chartered coach buses from NY Metropolitan area, every seat taken.
Two, my wife and I. We had a great time. This has been our seventh consecutive York...
I'm on the same two chartered buses as Arthur, we brought a total of 85 people to the meet. Lenny J
