With all the wonderful & neat things happening within the oval ( tell me where that’s from!? ) let me add these fine beauties ready for home rails, …..it’s been a long hard summer at the day job, and I have been finding time to get some of these great projects finished and back home to their owners, ……as usual, I appreciate everyone’s overwhelming patience, and for that, y’all get over the top service!!….there will be more to add to this pile in the coming days, ….including a fully worked 1990 700E ( yes George, that’s yours! ) …..So here’s the run down of who’s who,……pictures are in no particular order, so those of you can pick out yours!!….first is John Henning’s Kline 5343 with a MTH chassis swap, ERR cruise, 4 chuffs, fan smoke, with John Will’s chuff stuff, and some killer details, like cab interior, new coal load, new crew, etc,…John H, wanted more than the plain ol generic Railsounds Steam card, so we searched the world over for a good fit that he & I both agreed sounded great!…Next is Mark Boyce ( The Gentleman Ongauger ) ….Mark’s Kline 5343 got pretty much the same treatment as John H’s but when we did the final double check, Mark asked if I could repaint his Hudson because the previous owner before Mark had weathered the engine,….So I took on the task, and got her back up to snuff with Mark’s approval…The 2 rail Hudson # 5335 is a 2 rail brass West Side Models that belongs to Steve Borenman, she came in raw brass, and got a full paint job, and super detailed cab interior, ..( I’ll add pics of that neat work too ) ….Brian White’s J3a 5412 came in as a basket case, with numerous broken or missing parts, and the wrong tender,….I fixed up Brian’s with a whole new appropriate tender, gave him a cab # change that coincides with his son’s birthday, and did a host of repairs to get it running like a champ,….and lastly, Mario Scalzo’s Kline 5272 got a MTH chassis, and full on 3 rail scale details, including all 2 rail scale wheels, sans the drivers themselves, ….a little tricky gauging all those 2 rail scale flanged wheels on that PT tender to navigate 3 rail track work,….Mario opted for MTH PS3, and our good friend George ( GGG ) did a fantastic job of the electronic upgrades,…..AND there’s more cool stuff to come, ..and not just NYC stuff, ……A Conrail inspired custom T1, a Pennsy K4s ( with the right boiler mind you)  that can pull a house down, A Smithsonian inspired Southern Crescent full on repaint in 2 rail, and so much more,…..again, I appreciate everyone for the patience they show me, so I’ll gladly go the extra mile for y’all!!…..

Now that is an awe inspiring lineup there Pat. All those Hudson's around all your Hudson's, they're going to tell stories. Think of the crews as well. "Man, you should have seen the skeletons operating those Hudson's before Pat got his hands in there.", First engineer says.

"Skeletons? There was no one at the back head until Pat put us in. You wanna talk about runaway train, Good God.", Second engineer.

I love the green in the cab, gotta love green. I can't wait until there is more, lol.

Pat, they all look really great!  I have other engines to run, so it was fine to wait on everything to be done right on my 5343.  I do have a fine set of NYC cars with new LED lighting I added waiting to be pulled by the Hudson, but they haven't complained at all.  Thank you for all the great work, even while you are still working the day job.  Thank you!!
