Hi Art,

That is Korber Models US Flag kit. I kitbashed from one kit and got the idea from a pic here on the forum from WGB Pete. It has been a while since I built it, but the front is the front and bank panel of the building kits. The first floor was cut off and glued to sides notched out for the cars to go under. The pillars are wood rods from Lowes. The roof is balsa from the hobby shop. The white tower comes with the kit. The gray one is from Amereitowne kit.
