ONE: MY MTH engine just sits there an goes through all the cab sounds. It will not go forward or back. Any ideas as too what is wrong? NUMBER TWO: I have a Z4000. Only the left side works, right side is dead. Now too have this heavy thing taken and have it fixed if possible, or buy two 180 watt bricks at $85.00 each? Hope some one has the answers. Sonny

Check the circuit breaker on the right side, this might be an easy fix. 
You need to be more specific on the locomotive. What's the exact MTH model? Are you running command or conventional? What have you done to try to correct the problem?
Gunrunnerjohn: Right side the circuit breaker if broken, could be the problem. My mth steam engine, model number I don't know. It ran fine all the time, and then it just stopped going. Remote shows engine not on line. Can/t get is on line. Sonny
Well, you need to narrow it down. Do you have other DCS locomotives that run on the same track with the same remote? Does it come up silent when you first power up?
Have you tried it in conventional mode without the TIU in the picture?
