I'm redoing my little 4 X 10 ft plus 2 x 3ft bedroom layout. Now, I'm going for a nice 0-36 curve oval layout with a long and a short passing siding. On the right far end is a 2 X 3 ft section with 2 short sidings
The main section has 3 decent length dead end sidings. Or will have after I buy about 7 X 10" straights and a couple of 1/2 0-36 curves. And I need another bumper track. I'll try this for a while and then maybe try and use my 8 X 0-31 curved fastracks in a new layout

Thanks Bill. Now maybe it is time for some accessories and buildings. I an also thinking about adding a bit of E-Z streets as I have an extra Z-1000 transformer. I could maybe run a trolly up and down
Yes, I like Superstreets. That's all I have right now and I plan to expand my loop. Superstreets can be an issue. You will find D16 curves, but most trolleys will only run on D21 curves and the D21 are hard to find.
I can't wait to have space to run my trains. Some day soon just have to be patient.
Bill, on a big layout I had an extended oval of Surer Streets with the D16 curves. The trolley I had went nicely around. It was one of Walt Camerons JOHNSTOWN trolleys
That's a nice plan. Are you able to park a train on a siding while another runs on the main?
Once I am running a full train can sit on the longer right hand siding and still let me switch the yard off the inner track and run around the table.
Great job in a limited amount of space! You could even extend your third siding up into the other direction and put one or two other facilities of some kind inside that circle of track. Looking good. Rich
