Idle mode on new SD70ACe?

This is what it does during the idle mode. See the video below.

All three of my UP SD70ACe from 2019 have the idle/sleep mode.

I got a New Lionel Saftey 3rd KCS ES44 (the Grey one) after 2-3min at idle will shut off prime mover sounds & start making those type of noises like Raven87 say's and 3-4min later will start back up my other BNSF 25th Anniversary ES44's don't do that am I missing something ?

I like the feature but think it’s odd that there’s nothing in the manual about it like there is in the manual for my BNSF ES44AC.

Lionel puts it in some locomotives, then forgets to put it in the next run,  I guess its a mystery.  I had es44s that had it, then .people with newer releases said it was missing

I have a new Armed Forces ES44AC (Lionel 2233501 - #1775) but haven’t checked it yet. I’ll do that tomorrow.

I'll read the BNSF manuals tomorrow but they never did that before, the KCS just got here today. But Tom21pa maybe right & I haven't had a SD70 before I liked 40's

I remember reading some of the recent es44s were missing the feature on here. I don't think its listed in manuals, it's just has it or doesnt
