Illuminating an Atlas O GP60 Unpowered Unit

I believe you'll have to install everything. I don't think there's anything inside the dummies for lighting.

I am not aware of a kit for it. So I think the easiest route just might be to get a buck/boost board or the one from Henning's and install all the LEDs in anything you want to be lit. Of course that still means you'll need to install power pick-up points on the engine.

 Stealing the power off of a powered engine would mean having some type of tether connection to it. Probably just as easy to have this engine get it's own power I would think? Would keep it free to run with any other engine you have.

 So, are you running conventional or command? 2 rail or 3 rail?

I think Joe is right, I've never seen a kit for lighting these.  Given the variety of LED's and voltages, I'd just use a constant voltage supply and dropping resistors for each LED or group of LED's.  Obviously, you won't have directional lighting without adding a TMCC board of some type, assuming you run TMCC.

Many (not all) of the Atlas-O non-powered units come with pickup rollers and electro-couplers already installed. So, it’s not difficult to install lighting or do a TMCC upgrade. Atlas parts diagrams for their powered units are sometimes a useful reference to determine the lighting parts needed. 

Thanks everyone.  I'm compiling this information for an operator in Germany, who bought one of my GP60 unpowered units on eBay.  I've been out of the hobby for several years, so I wasn't quite sure how this unit could be done.  From the answers posted here and elsewhere, I've gleaned the following:
1. Atlas dummy units have roller pickups, but they're not connected to anything. (This a 3-rail unit.)
2. Atlas has wiring diagrams for these trucks on their Web site.
3. Atlas used to have lighting kits, but as of today (3/6/19) they don't.
4. Kits and/or parts are available from third party vendors.
5. If you just want to have the lights go on when power is applied, it's just a matter of installing and connecting LEDs for everything you want to illuminate. 
6. If you want fancier lighting effects, you'll need a TMCC board.

Please feel free to make corrections or add information.

I should have stated that my Atlas dummy engines are 2 rail and don't have anything inside. So I am surprised to read above that the 3 rail dummies have pick-ups.

You use a bridge rectifier and a large cap, something like 1,000uf at 35 volts.

There are modules on eBay with the bridge rectifier and capacitor included. Cut and paste this number into an eBay search:

These are fully adjustable so you can dial up whatever output voltage you want.
