Imperial triplex

i just bought new mth imperial Erie triplex and put on track when I powered up the track a few seconds later the engine started up and 30 seconds after that I took off backwards by it self and also noticed that the headlight is out tried to turn on and it doesn't and as far as the engine taken off it does this every time I try

Jeff,

Make absolutely certain that the wireless drawbar tether is firmly seated in its socket at both the tender and engine ends.
