Just for everyone's information, I would imagine getting IR parts from Atlas is not going to get better. Atlas has recently redesigned their website, and there is NO category anymore for Industrial Rail outside of track, and probably because they still have a lot of it in stock. No other mention of the Industrial Rail line anywhere on the website. As nice as the track was, not having any switch tracks was certainly a detriment to the line, and probably why it didn't sell as well as it might have had switch tracks been available.
Everyone acknowledges Jim Weaver's contribution to Atlas O when he was in charge. In addition to driving forward the O scale product line, it was under his tenure that Atlas purchased the Industrial Rail tooling.
When Sanda Kan dropped Atlas (with many other companies) from their production, Paul Graf of Atlas made a statement here that much of their tooling was damaged during the transition process and needed quite a bit of refurbishing (ie: additional money). I think it's safe to say this probably included the IR tooling.
With Jim Weaver's passing, maybe there were differences of opinion at Atlas. Then, if the IR tooling has been damaged, maybe Atlas didn't feel it was worth it to them, or their future plans, to invest more money into refurbishing that tooling.
At any rate, it doesn't look too promising for any immediate future releases of Industrial Rail products from Atlas O.
