I don't have as many of Harry's towers on our layout as you do. We have two of the 4th st towers from him
We also have a bunch of the Atlas O toweres
Mine is a homebrew faux-tinplate tower, loosely styled after Boylan tower that once stood near downtown Raleigh, NC.
I just have two. One at the Longhorn Junction switch and the other at Hardrock corner.

Hardrock corner switchtower.
Switch tower and Longhorn Junction
Yes. I drew it out on the computer and printed it on cardstock. It has a foamcore substructure.
Thanks.
To answer the questions.
The top two towers were constructed by Harry Heike.
The MG tower is one of the four Lionel prototypes made by Harry.
The bottom tower is a Buzzard Bay resin kit.
Thanks Charlie, Harry does really nice work. On my acquisition list is one of Harry's 2" base models.
Atlas 6900 Signal Tower - One of my favorites
This plastic kit from Atlas is a nicely detailed O scale signal tower molded in realistic colors. However the shiny plastic surfaces must be repainted (inside and outside) to provide a more realistic finish. I do not like "bare" bulbs showing through the windows so I will add LEDs in the second floor "ceiling" to simulate overhead lighting and disguise the wiring from the first floor to the second floor through the "chimney".
A partition will be added to the first floor to separate the front and rear sections. A 9 volt battery will be added to the building to light the tower whenever 12vdc layout power is not available. A small diode will be used for switching power supplies.
The attached photo shows the structure painted but not all details added. The interior will have LED lighting.
Hi Steve,
The 2-rail bug has been biting me every few years over the course of the last few decades. While I've managed to resist most of those bites, about 6 years ago I did build a small 2-rail layout (about 6-1/2' x11') just to get it out of my system.
It was fun to operate and made it into OGR Run 227, but I have come to realize that I was too deeply into 3-rail to go back.

Charlie:
Many thanks for sending me a picture of a Harry Heike tower. It is the exact one I am looking for.
