Beautiful model. I love the sign: seen that type of sign many times before. I am considering expanding my town and it might work out nicely. I need to get one or two of your kits.
Question: Do you really mean this is the last building in your downtown series (i.e., you will make no other new ones in the future) or did you mean this is just the latest.
