The 1st Issue of Mel.s Diner.
It’s my understanding that MTH has reissued this accessory, the largest MTH accessory that MTH ever offered. Hopefully, the reissue will have improvements to the instruction booklet.
In the manual of the original run, the page with the diagram of the bottom of the accessory with the blow up inset drawing show the five wire binding posts labeled "A B C D E". That is exactly backwards from what is actually on the bottom of the accessory on those posts. In the configuration shown on the manual, just reverse the lettering to show "E D C B A", and it will match the bottom of the accessory.
Wire the accessory exactly like it says in the text directions for each of these wire-binding posts. That will mean, in some cases, that there will be more than one wire connected to a given post. It will also cause you to come up one black wire short, which you will have to supply yourself to make it come out right.
MTH gets bad marks for these directions; Even if they wouldn't have reversed the lettering, the directions are hard to follow and aren't written in plain every-day English.
