No that was Mitchell's Family Store in Fairfax that carried the HO Brass and other HO. The store closed due to slow sales. Some of the family members opened a toy store up the road a short time later. I don't think they made it either.
This store is a new trains only store that was started in the Newark area by Kirke Mitchell (Not related to the Mitchell's Family Store people.). Originally in the Meadowwood II shopping center, he later moved to the Newark Shopping center, then on to the Industrial Complex under the idea of going more On Line - Mail Order business and less retail space. Kirke purchased Korber just before his untimely death. The current move was to bring back more retail space and move a little away from the On Line - Mail Order as far as processing space. The old location was a bit chopped up with the retail area comprised of several smallish rooms. The new location has a larger retail area that is one room. Much better layout.
This is old news actually, I heard of the impending move back in the summer when I talked to Kirke's son and the manager there.
